Each year hundreds of military kids and their parents show up
at the annual USO-Metro Fall Fest. The kids have their faces painted,
play in the pumpkin patch, scramble in the hay, frolic in the
bounce house, and build their own scarecrows.
The 2008 Fall Fest will October 18th at the Community Center (Bldg
405) at Fort Myer, Virginia. The event is open to all active duty
military and their families.
