Sheraton National Hotel Hosts USO 3rd Annual
Stars & Stripes, Diamonds & Clubs Casino Night Benefit
2006 World Series of Poker Finalist Rhett Butler, Miss DC, Miss Maryland
and Liberty Belles to Attend Charity Event


Washington, DC-- The USO of Metropolitan Washington (USO-Metro) presents their 3rd Annual Stars & Stripes, Diamonds & Clubs Casino Night, showcasing an evening of casino games, celebrities, delectable entrees and much more, on Friday, October 20th, from 8:00 pm till midnight at the Sheraton National Hotel (300 South Orme Street, Arlington, VA). The event will feature an extravaganza of casino games such as craps, roulette, blackjack, and Texas hold 'em, featuring special celebrity hosts such as 2006 World Series of Poker finalist Rhett Butler. Miss Maryland and Miss DC will also be present in addition to the USO's very own Liberty Belles, who will entertain the crowd with music and dance. All proceeds from this charity event will support the area's active military and will help deliver vital programs and services to our troops and their families.

Guests will have the opportunity to participate in silent and live auctions, with numerous prizes ranging from rare autographed items to all-expense paid trips. A few note-worthy autographed prizes include a Jake Plummer Denver Broncos jersey, a Law & Order script, a Sopranos DVD set, and Carlos Santana album cover art. Trips include an overnight stay at the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City, five days at the Dreamy Contentment Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica, a complimentary weekend stay at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York, and a handful of whitewater rafting, golf and skiing packages. The evening also features a spectacular buffet and open bar throughout the night.
