Oktoberfest Activities Celebrate Fall Bavarian-Style
While Supporting U.S. Troops
Jessup, MD - The USO of Metropolitan Washington (USO-Metro) is
hosting an exciting Oktoberfest celebration on October 13th at
Max Blob's Bavarian Biergarten. Festivities begin at 6:30pm and
include traditional polka music provided by the Rheinlanders,
dancing, German food, prizes and fun.
Tickets cost $35 ($20 is tax deductible) and include an all you
can eat buffet of bratwurst and other German favorites. Proceeds
from ticket sales help USO-Metro support military service members
and their families who live, work and visit the Washington-Baltimore
area. The Oktoberfest event has been organized by our dedicated
USO volunteers. Skye Hospitality, award winning hotelier is corporate
sponsor for the event.
